I’m so sorry for being so inactive :( a lot has been happening these days, but no worries! I am actually moving to Philadelphia in a week, so after I get situated I should be more active  ❤

There are so many different ways to meet people in seoul. I would say since you’re traveling alone, staying at hostels is a great way to meet people! You’ll meet a lot of other people traveling alone to seoul while at hostels looking for a friend as well. With making Korean friends, I would say that it’s a little different then making other foreign friends. If you know Korean, it will be easy to meet Korean friends through any kind of social setting (bars, concerts, festivals, night clubs, etc.)(Also I would apply this to anyone in general, not just Korean people.) During those times, they tend to be more open with talking to others they do not know. And if you’re open about talking to them, then they will be also! Another place I want to throw in is itaewon. I’m not sure if you know what exactly, but it’s basically a mini American hahaha. Mostly everyone (including Koreans) there knows English, and are very open and always down for a good time! You have to go to Seoul with an open mind and an open heart, because your experience will only be the outcome of your attitude while you’re there. I hope this helped you!
